I had a really nice stay at Balcony House in Zanzibar for 3 nights. The staff was incredible, and the rooms were beautiful. The location was very central, close to the sea, and within walking distance from Stone Town.

The location is perfect. The staff is really helpful. Easy access to Kisauni Airport, within 6 miles. The rooms are neat, huge, and have air conditioning. There are 2 double beds in the rooms. Fresh pastries are available.

I stayed at this hotel for a trip, and it was a very nice stay. The venue was a relaxing base for enjoying a fairly nice area, near Stonetown hotspots like the pier. Pretty friendly and very helpful people were working here.

Our room here had everything we needed - AC, a cozy seating area, and a spot to sit and work. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud ☁️, and the bathroom was sparkling clean.

The hotel's location was very close to the beach, with easy access to the nightlife in Stonetown and other areas of interest. I stopped by Travellers Cafe for some coffee and treats, which is conveniently located next to the hotel, and I highly recommend it.

The location was UNBEATABLE, just a short walk away from Forodhani Park. Btw, went to city center, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The common bathroom is well-maintained and kept clean. The owners are friendly and offer helpful tips and advice. They even assisted with transportation to the bus station, providing directions to Jambiani. The proximity to the city center allows for easy access to restaurants, the beach, and the market. The guest house offers a picturesque balcony, a kitchenette, and a washing machine for convenience. There is also a bakery nearby for breakfast options. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The sea view from the room and rooftop terrace is amazing, especially during sunset. The included breakfast is nice.

The staff, especially Mudy, were extremely helpful and accommodating, assisting with tour arrangements and transportation at reasonable prices. The location was great, in the city center, with a beautiful sea view from the rooms and rooftop terrace. The breakfast provided was also enjoyable.
